Stacy McClendon has been a student of insight meditation for more than15 years. She completed the Dharma Leadership Training program at Common Ground Meditation Center in 2019, where she teaches and co-founded the BIPOC sangha. Her offerings are rooted in the integration of Buddhist heart practices and present moment awareness in daily life. Stacy offers community- and workplace-based practice groups in the Twin Cities metro area, where she explores of practices for the early identification of harmful stress reactions and strategies that support responding with integrity and wisdom to overwhelm and anxiety. Stacy’s programs are intended for anyone wishing to improve their general well-being through mindfulness practice and return to balance amidst our stressful and busy lives.
