2023-04-27 Truthfulness as ground for trust and awakening (Meditation) 28:07
Gabe Keller Flores
This new bimonthly practice group, Cultivating Virtue as a Support for Liberation led by Gabe Keller Flores, will focus on the supportive role cultivating virtue plays on the Buddha’s path of liberation. Virtues like generosity, truthfulness, renunciation, and goodwill aren’t just nice intentions; in learning to cultivate them, we learn that we can set in motion the causes for happiness for ourselves and others, an understanding that underlies the whole of the path. To start, we will use Ajahn Sucitto’s book on the Paramis as a guide (the Paramis are a traditional Buddhist list of 10 virtues.)
